AI Disclosure

Performance Intelligenceincludes an AI assistant that answers questions about your company's performance data — members, OVR scores, rankings, review cycles, departments, and suggestions — and about how to use the app itself. It streams its answers in a chat available from the sidebar or the floating chat button.

The assistant can only see what you are allowed to see. Every data lookup it performs applies your own account's permissions, so it will decline requests for information your account cannot access. It has no separate or elevated access to company data.

The questions you type to the assistant are recorded so we can improve it. The assistant's replies are not stored, and the conversation itself disappears when you refresh the page.

Questions are processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate each answer. Anthropic is listed alongside our other service providers in the Privacy Policy, and receives only the data needed to answer the question.

Each answer consumes AI tokens from your personal balance, shown in the chat. Every account starts with a free allowance; when it runs out the assistant pauses. The ability to purchase additional tokens is coming soon.
